Disruptive behaviour may result in termination of training.

Learners agree to abide by the following rules during online courses:

Maintain respectful behaviour towards teachers.

Avoid offensive language and behaviour.

Participate actively in lessons and adhere to timetables.

Do not record or share course content without authorization.

Report any technical problems or inappropriate behaviour.

5. Copyright and use of material :

Use of course material will be restricted to educational purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification of any material is prohibited.

The company respects copyright and guarantees that all content provided complies with current legislation.

7. Termination of contract :
Learners have the right to terminate their contract in the event of serious breaches by CanLearnFrench.

7.1 Valid grounds for termination :
Valid grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

Failure to meet agreed educational standards.

Persistent inappropriate behaviour on the part of the teacher or staff.

Substantial changes not communicated in advance.

Modification of courses or services: the customer will be refunded the amount corresponding to the remaining training hours.

8. Possibility for CanLearnFrench to modify courses or services :
CanLearnFrench reserves the right to modify courses or services, but undertakes to inform learners of any changes. Learners will be informed of changes made to courses or services through official communication channels.

9. Disputes and dispute resolution :
In the event of a dispute, learners are encouraged to address their concerns to the teacher in the first instance. If the dispute persists, they should then contact CanLearnFrench general management. If no solution is found at this stage, external mediation may be considered before resorting to legal action.
